Everything you eat with us is made in the villa kitchen by a private chef — every dish, every cold-pressed juice, every coconut opened fresh at the table. It is fully plant-based and whole.
And nothing is incidental. Each ingredient is chosen, thoughtfully and deliberately, to complement that day's activities: lighter, cleansing plates around sound baths and deep rest; grounding, warming, mineral-rich plates around breath and energy work — so the food and the practice move together as one journey.
